The one bed apartment is in a quiet residential area, a few metres away from lovely swimming pool, within a ten to fifteen minutes drive of all kinds of amenities such as Villamartin Plaza (numerous restaurants, live entertainment etc.), three golf courses, street markets, shopping malls, La Zenia Boulevard (largest shopping complex in Alicante province), La Zenia and other beaches and coastal walks.

Ideal for two adults but has a sofa bed so can accommodate up to four guests.

Rates

There is a £40 clean applied to all lets.

There is a £150 deposit refundable upon inspection. 

Please note: no pets allowed.

The accommodation comprises of a terrace, large living room with open plan kitchen, sofa bed, sleeps 2 with double bedroom with king size bed, one shower room.
